Smoked Albacore Tuna has one of the more mild fish flavors of our smoked collection. Cut from fresh Albacore loins, this smokey white fish makes a great protein addition to a salad, such as a nicoise salad. Create a take on the traditional salad of Southern France by adding boiled potatoes, red bell pepper, hard boiled or fried egg, tomatoes and green beans to some mixed greens. Drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette.
