Hamburgers are overrated. Instead, make some salmon patties! In a bowl, stir up the canned salmon, some dried breadcrumbs, minced onion, dijon mustard, egg and lemon juice. Make them into patties just as you would with ground beef. Then cook the patties in a skillet until browned on each side and cooked through.
